When do customers receive services?
Public Events
Event registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event due to advance purchasing of supplies and limited seating. Transfers may be allowed when applicable.
Private Events
Deposits secure event dates and are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available based on availability.
