Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Social Experience Co. provides scheduled creative experiences that require advance planning, supply purchasing, and preparation.

Public Event Registrations:
Due to limited seating and advance purchasing of materials, registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled event date. If you are unable to attend, transfer requests may be considered at our discretion.

Private Events:
Deposits secure your event date, staffing, and preparation time and are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available based on availability.

Event Cancellations by Organizer:
If The Social Experience Co. cancels an event, guests will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future event.
